How lunch is served
We deliver lunch directly to West Valley Christian School every Monday and Friday. Summer Camp staff hand it out to your student at lunchtime — there's nothing for you to pick up or drop off.
When can I order?
We open ordering one lunch day at a time. The store always shows the next upcoming Monday or Friday — you don't have to pick a date.
- Cutoff: ordering for that day closes at 9:30 AM PT on the lunch day itself.
- Reopens: at 4:00 PM PT the same afternoon — at that point the store automatically rolls forward to the next lunch date.
- Between 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM you can still browse the menu, but checkout is paused while we prep and deliver that day's lunches.
After 9:30 AM cutoff, orders are locked and cannot be edited or canceled. To request a refund for an absent student, please cancel before 9:30 AM PT.
Accounts, favorites & quick orders
You can order as a guest, but creating a free account makes every following lunch much faster.
- Favorites — tap the heart on any menu item to save it. Your favorites appear at the top of the Order page so you can add them in one tap.
- Saved quick orders — after building a meal (e.g. "8-count nuggets, fries, fruit cup"), tap Save to store the whole combination. Next lunch day, apply it to any student in one tap. Saved orders hold items only — you pick the student each time.
- Saved students — store your kids' names once and pick them from a chip on the Order page instead of retyping every time.
